    Performance and development prospects of transactional platforms in the open innovation process

    This work focus on open innovation platforms and procedures of enrichment of the classical transaction model, such as the Semantic Web - the simplicity of match and adjustment between offer and demand - that have been relatively little studied in the literature, and that we propose to deeply analyze in the context of our PhD research.

    The aim of the thesis is furthermore to describe, to analyze and to test different ways of improving the effectiveness of meeting between seekers and solvers.

    Therefore, the research question is the following: "Can we improve the performance of the transactional model of open innovation as it exists today on the platforms of open innovation? If yes, how and with what results? "
