Tim Minshall is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Cambridge Centre for Technology Management and coordinator of the Technology Enterprise Group (www.ifm.eng.cam.ac.uk/ctm/teg). His research and teaching interests are focused on open innovation, funding of innovation and university-industry technology transfer. He is a non-executive director of St John’s Innovation Centre Ltd, Cambridge (www.stjohns.co.uk).He is currently an External Examiner for MBA programmes at the Imperial College Business School, and a Visiting Fellow at Doshisha University Institute for Technology, Enterprise and Competitiveness in Japan. He is co-editor of the Cambridge Technopole Report (www.cambridgetechnopole.org.uk) and co-author of the Funding Technology report series (www.fundingtechnology.org).
