Thomas Keil is a Professor of Strategic Management at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Helsinki University of Technology (TKK). He holds DSc (Tech) and Lic. Tech degrees from Helsinki University of Technology and a MSc degree (Dipl.Wirsch.-Ing.) from Darmstadt University of Technology. Thomas has taught extensively in undergraduate and graduate programs, customized executive education, MBA and Executive MBA programs in Europe and North America. He is an active advisor for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. Thomas’ research has been published in leading journals including Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Management Studies, Organization Science, Sloan Management Review, and Strategic Management Journal. His current research interests include corporate entrepreneurship and innovation, strategic renewal, and mergers and acquisitions.
